Before taking your next JMBC ride, take a note of the category breakdown below. To get the most enjoyment out of the rides, it's important that you select the correct category and grading on each ride.

The name says it all. Family rides are for the family and novice. The speed, distance are always slow, short and simple. All riders are welcome, and the red group caters for faster riders.

These rides are good for the average weekend rider. A reasonable distance at a pace suitable for most (especially the ladies). The beginner will find it hard and hardcore riders will find it a bit short.

ECO rides are a bit deceptive. ECO sounds nice, but 35Km plus is no fun for the novice rider. More experience, self-sufficiency and fitness are necessary. This ride is not for beginners.
