This Sunday’s ride is the Idle Winds route but starting at NorthHills Farm Nursery, which is just past Idle Winds.

Visitors are very welcome to join the club ride and we look forward to hosting you. The ride is at a public venue so you just have to pay the reasonable club ride fee of R50. Ask one of the club members to introduce you to the ride coordinator Kevin who will assist with the legalities and help you join the right group. We typically cater for all skills, fitness and experience with different groups but depending on the number and type of riders. Each group is led by a group leader and typically a sweep as well. Aside from the club ride fee, bring extra money if you wish to have a bite post the ride.

Just make sure to be there by no later than 06:30 for the ride start at 07:00 so that you allow enough time for your preparation. Make sure that your wheels have the right pressure and that your chain is clean and lubbed and that you have enough energy food and hydration liquids.
