Ride Description: An interesting ride out of the front of Northern Farm, down the R114 on single track next to the road, passed Heron Bridge, up near the Porcupine Drop offs, over the highway at One Stop/Ultra City. Then a little gravel road and tar to the single tracks around Lanseria, the Chicken Farm, the Jukskei Weir and back to Northern Farm. We may do it the other way round and then do the technical stuff at the porcupine drop offs at the end. Plenty of distance inside NF afterwards if this is not enough.

Note: JMBC will pay for your entrance to Northern Farm if you are a member. There will be someone at the gate checking you in on Sunday. Non-Members will have to have their own Northern Farm Access Tickets (see www.northernfarm.co.za for details). Visitors will also have to pay JMBC the usual R30.00 visitor’s fee.

Directions: Take Cedar Road (R562) past Broadacres Shopping Center and Chartwell to the T-junction at the end of Cedar Road. Turn right onto the R114 to Diepsloot, cross the Jukskei River at Heron Bridge and drive for +- 2.7km. Turn left at the two big white walls with a small sign that says “Northern Farm”. Meet down at the club house gate – we will have a JMBC feather up.
