Ride Description: Ride up the Spruit from Paulshof to Alberts Farm and back. Suitable distances for all ride groups: Green will go as far as William Nicol; Yellow up to Delta Park; Red to Emmarentia and Blue all the way up to Albert Farm.
This has some of the best single tracks in JHB and is well used by all in the area.

Visitors welcome at R30 per rider. (Being this a family ride children under 18 don’t pay visitor fees). Please bring some money for coffee/breakfast afterwards.

Directions: Take the Rivonia off ramp off the N1, go West (towards Fourways) on Witkoppen Road. Cambridge Shopping Centre is just 500m up the road in Paulshof (on the right hand side).
Relatively safe parking on the premises.
