Ride Description: Ride the Spruit from Paulshof to Alberts Farm and back. Green will go as far Sandton Field and Study or William Nicol, Yellow will got to Delta park and back, Red to Emmarentia and back and Blue goes all the way. This has some of the best single track in JHB and is well used by all in this area. Stay for breakfast at the Mugg and Bean afterwards.

Suitable distances for all ride groups. Visitors welcome at R30 per rider.

Directions: Take the Rivonia offramp off the N1, go West (towards Fourways) on Witkoppen Road. Cambridge Shopping Centre is just 500m up the road in Paulshof on the right hand side.
Relatively safe parking on the premises.
